Te Whāriki Subdivision is supporting local families in need this festive season by setting up a collection hub for the Ellesmere Food Bank in its Lincoln-based sales office.

Residents can drop off everyday staples and festive fare to help ensure everyone can celebrate this Christmas.

The organisation would be grateful for any non-perishable goods, particularly Christmas goodies to include in the parcels.

All items will be passed on to the Ellesmere Food Bank which several agencies rely on to meet the emergency needs of people in the district.  

Pop into the Te Whāriki sales office at 37 Vernon Drive, Lincoln to make your donation. The Sales office is open Wednesday to Sunday between 12 pm and 4 pm.

The final date for contributions is Wednesday, 19 December 4pm.
