It's easy! Here's how you can secure your Te Whāriki section:
- A section may be placed on HOLD for five (5) working days allowing you to undertake any initial research or investigations prior to deciding to purchase.
- At the end of the HOLD period, you must let us know if you intend to purchase the section.
- If you decide to purchase, suitable arrangements will be made to meet and sign an Agreement
- If you decide not to buy, your rights to the section will lapse and it will be returned to the market for sale.
- Once you have signed an agreement there is a two-week due diligence period. This is where your advisors check the documentation and ensure all associated legal and financial matters are in place before you make the final commitment to buy.
- Assuming the agreement is confirmed at the end of the two weeks due diligence period the deposit is payable and you are then legally bound to settle the sale.
- Alternatively, if the agreement is not confirmed the intended purchase is at an end. The agreement is void, no monies are payable, and the section is returned to the market for sale.
