While we are currently well advanced in the development of Te Whāriki in Lincoln, Canterbury (in partnership with Lincoln University) and Karamū Riccarton Park, Christchurch.

For generations the land of Te Waipounamu-the South Island has shaped the culture and identity of Ngāi Tahu. The history and traditions of the iwi are recorded in the names of places, mountains, rivers, lakes and oceans, ensuring the footprints of our tīpuna-ancestors remain forever upon the landscape.

Ngāi Tahu Property has a responsibility to uphold the enduring relationship that our owners, Ngāi Tahu whānui, have with the whenua-the land through our investments and developments.

We honour those generations that have gone before and continue to build a foundation for those who will follow after us.
