Te Whāriki is located in the beautiful town of Lincoln, in the Selwyn District, just a short 20-minute drive from the heart of Christchurch. 

Situated within the town, Te Whāriki is within walking and cycling distance to Lincoln University, a short stroll to the New World supermarket, restaurants, cafes, the local primary school, and a short walk or drive from the town centre, other amenities, and high school.

Te Whāriki section sales office is located at 176 Southfield Drive.

Lincoln has a public bus service between central Christchurch and the University, every half hour throughout the day.

A part of the Selwyn District, the area is well-served by taxi, uber, and is 30 minutes' drive from Christchurch airport.
