New playground coming soon

Work has begun on a state-of-the-art playground and reserve at Te Whāriki, a premium residential development in Lincoln. Located in Wright Neighbourhood, the 11,275m2 playground and reserve is expected to be complete by Spring 2021.

Designed by DCM Urban, planned features of the playground include a tower and tube slide, inclusive carousel, and water play area, with plenty of shelter and picnic areas. In addition to the playground, the wider reserve is set to appeal to all ages with a learn-to-ride bike track and half court with basketball hoop.

The playground and reserve will add to the development’s family appeal, which already features walking and cycling trails nestled amongst beautiful waterways and wetlands.
